These Terms & Conditions help to keep this website a safe place to trade and set out the full extent of any agreement reached between you and baileyandcoco.com in connection with this site. By placing an order, you accept the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Your Contract

Your contract for purchases made through this website is with www.baileyandcoco.com.
Bailey & Coco is registered in England under Company No. 14681839.

You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.

No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and baileyandcoco.com unless and until baileyandcoco.com accepts your order by way of an e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all goods you have ordered, and that the goods have been shipped to the specified address.

That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time baileyandcoco.com sends the e-mail (whether or not you receive it). This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by baileyandcoco.com of your offer to buy goods from baileyandcoco.com or a third-party supplier engaged on your behalf by baileyandcoco.com.

Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in the United Kingdom. The law of the United Kingdom shall govern every aspect of any contractual agreement concerning purchases made from this website.

You undertake that all details you provide to baileyandcoco.com for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform baileyandcoco.com as soon as possible.

2. Promotions and Special Offers

From time to time, Bailey & Coco may offer free gifts or promotional items when you spend a qualifying amount. These offers are applied automatically at checkout and are valid only when your final order total meets the stated minimum spend after any discounts, returns, or cancellations.

If you return items from your order and your final spend falls below the qualifying threshold, the free gift will need to be returned with your other items. If the free gift is not returned, Bailey & Coco reserves the right to deduct its retail value from your refund amount.

Free gifts cannot be exchanged, refunded, or replaced if lost or damaged. Promotional offers are available while stocks last and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

For “Buy One, Get One Free” offers, refunds can only be issued if all items from the offer are returned together.

2A. Free Tote Bag Promotion – Additional Terms

Bailey & Coco occasionally offers a free tote bag with orders over a qualifying spend. The following terms apply specifically to our “Free Tote Bag Over £60” promotion:

Eligibility & Discount Codes
The free tote bag is applied using the discount code FREEGIFT.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount codes.
If you choose to apply a different discount code (for example “BF30”), the FREEGIFT code will no longer apply, and the tote bag will not be included in your order.
Minimum Spend Requirement
The qualifying spend for this promotion is £60 after discounts, and before delivery charges.
If your basket total falls below £60 after applying another discount code, the free tote bag will not be eligible.
Returns & Refunds
If you return items from your order and your final spend drops below the £60 qualifying threshold, the tote bag must also be returned unused and in its original condition.
If the tote bag is not returned, Bailey & Coco reserves the right to deduct its retail value from your refund.
Stock & Availability
Free tote bags are available while stocks last.
Bailey & Coco may withdraw, amend, or replace this promotion at any time without notice.
No Cash Value or Substitutions
The tote bag has no cash equivalent and cannot be exchanged for a discount, store credit, or alternative product.
One Free Gift Per Order
Only one free tote bag can be applied per qualifying order. Multiple uses of the FREEGIFT code within a single order or across split shipments are not permitted.
Incorrect Use or Abuse of the Promotion
Bailey & Coco reserves the right to remove the free tote bag from any order where the FREEGIFT code is used incorrectly, combined with other codes, or applied in a way not permitted by these Terms & Conditions.

2B. Discount Code & Price Change Policy

Bailey & Coco may run multiple promotions, discounts, and sales within short periods of time, particularly during seasonal or high-demand events such as Black Friday. Prices, discounts, and promotional codes may vary from day to day.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, we are unable to apply additional discounts, alter the price paid, or refund the difference if a higher discount or new promotion becomes available afterwards.
Promotions cannot be backdated or retrospectively applied to completed orders under any circumstances.

We encourage customers to complete their purchase only when they are happy with the price and promotional offer available at that time. Bailey & Coco is not obligated to notify customers of upcoming promotions, and we reserve the right to amend, extend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. Processing of Orders

Credit and debit cards are debited before items are shipped by Bailey & Coco. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.

Bailey & Coco aims to arrange shipment of all in-stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate.

Delivery is considered completed when the courier records the parcel as delivered to the address provided, including delivery to a safe place where applicable.

4. Delivery & Liability

We use tracked delivery services such as Royal Mail. Unless otherwise requested by you at checkout, our couriers may deliver your parcel to a safe place at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it. This may include leaving the parcel with a neighbour or in a location deemed secure by the courier (such as a porch, shed, or doorstep).

Once the parcel is confirmed as delivered by the courier — including photographic or GPS confirmation, or signature — responsibility for the item passes to you, the customer. Bailey & Coco cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the courier has confirmed delivery to the address provided.

If you do not wish for your parcel to be left in a safe place, please select our Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® (Tracked & Signed) option at checkout. This service ensures the parcel is handed directly to you or an authorised recipient and requires a signature upon delivery.

4A. Delivery Timeframes & Busy Periods

During peak trading periods - including but not limited to new product launches, promotional events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Christmas season - dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual. While Bailey & Coco aims to ship all in-stock items within 24 hours, this cannot be guaranteed during these busier periods. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Bailey & Coco is not responsible for delays caused by high order volumes, courier disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. We kindly ask customers to allow additional time for their order to be processed and delivered during these peak events.

4A. Standard Delivery Timeframes & When to Contact Us

Our standard delivery service typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. However, on rare occasions, deliveries may take up to 10 working days to arrive, depending on courier delays or seasonal volume.

If your order has not arrived after 10 full working days, please contact us at hello@baileyandcoco.co.uk so we can investigate with the courier.
Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Please note that contacting us before this timeframe may result in us being unable to obtain meaningful updates from the courier, as most carriers do not consider a parcel delayed until after this period.

5. Miscellaneous

It is a criminal offence to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to place an order. Anyone found to be wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Bailey & Coco may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time and place the updated version on the website. All purchases from the date the amended Terms & Conditions are published will be governed by those new terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply when Bailey & Coco accepts your order by e-mail confirming that payment has been received in full for all the goods you have ordered. They supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements, or representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations) relating to your purchase, whether oral or in writing, and constitute the entire agreement between Bailey & Coco and you in relation to your purchase.

In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other information on this website, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.

You are advised to read, and are responsible for reading, all information on this website in full.

5A. Right to Refuse Service

Bailey & Coco reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict sales to any individual where we believe there has been misuse of our website, breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or behaviour deemed abusive towards our team. This includes, but is not limited to, repeated returns, chargeback abuse, or attempts to manipulate promotions.

5B. Product Availability, Discontinuation & Price Changes

All products and prices listed on baileyandcoco.com are subject to change at any time without notice. Bailey & Coco may modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of a product or collection.

5C. Order Limits & Anti-Reseller Policy

Bailey & Coco reserves the right to limit quantities purchased per order, per customer, per household, or per shipping address. We may also refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or any party attempting to bulk-purchase items for commercial purposes.

5D. Product Images, Colours & Descriptions

We make every effort to display product colours, patterns, and details as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing batches. Bailey & Coco does not guarantee that colours or design details will appear exactly as shown on your device. Minor variations in colour or print placement do not constitute a defect.

5E. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, stock levels, or shipping details. Bailey & Coco reserves the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at the time of ordering. We do not undertake to update or clarify information except as required by law.

5F. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms & Conditions. This will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
