Eligibility & Discount Codes
The free tote bag is applied using the discount code FREEGIFT.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount codes.
If you choose to apply a different discount code (for example “BF30”), the FREEGIFT code will no longer apply, and the tote bag will not be included in your order.
Minimum Spend Requirement
The qualifying spend for this promotion is £60 after discounts, and before delivery charges.
If your basket total falls below £60 after applying another discount code, the free tote bag will not be eligible.
Returns & Refunds
If you return items from your order and your final spend drops below the £60 qualifying threshold, the tote bag must also be returned unused and in its original condition.
If the tote bag is not returned, Bailey & Coco reserves the right to deduct its retail value from your refund.

No Cash Value or Substitutions

One Free Gift Per Order

Incorrect Use or Abuse of the Promotion

Bailey & Coco may run multiple promotions, discounts, and sales within short periods of time, particularly during seasonal or high-demand events such as Black Friday. Prices, discounts, and promotional codes may vary from day to day.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, we are unable to apply additional discounts, alter the price paid, or refund the difference if a higher discount or new promotion becomes available afterwards.
Promotions cannot be backdated or retrospectively applied to completed orders under any circumstances.

Credit and debit cards are debited before items are shipped by Bailey & Coco. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.
Bailey & Coco aims to arrange shipment of all in-stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate.
Delivery is considered completed when the courier records the parcel as delivered to the address provided, including delivery to a safe place where applicable.
We use tracked delivery services such as Royal Mail. Unless otherwise requested by you at checkout, our couriers may deliver your parcel to a safe place at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it. This may include leaving the parcel with a neighbour or in a location deemed secure by the courier (such as a porch, shed, or doorstep).
Once the parcel is confirmed as delivered by the courier — including photographic or GPS confirmation, or signature — responsibility for the item passes to you, the customer. Bailey & Coco cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the courier has confirmed delivery to the address provided.
If you do not wish for your parcel to be left in a safe place, please select our Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® (Tracked & Signed) option at checkout. This service ensures the parcel is handed directly to you or an authorised recipient and requires a signature upon delivery.
During peak trading periods - including but not limited to new product launches, promotional events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Christmas season - dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual. While Bailey & Coco aims to ship all in-stock items within 24 hours, this cannot be guaranteed during these busier periods. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
Bailey & Coco is not responsible for delays caused by high order volumes, courier disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. We kindly ask customers to allow additional time for their order to be processed and delivered during these peak events.
Our standard delivery service typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. However, on rare occasions, deliveries may take up to 10 working days to arrive, depending on courier delays or seasonal volume.
If your order has not arrived after 10 full working days, please contact us at support@baileyandcoco.co.uk so we can investigate with the courier.
Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Please note that contacting us before this timeframe may result in us being unable to obtain meaningful updates from the courier, as most carriers do not consider a parcel delayed until after this period.
It is a criminal offence to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to place an order. Anyone found to be wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

We bought this for our 1 year old golden after she kept being called a good boy on walks wearing a boring harness. Now there’s no mistaking she’s a gorgeous girl! We bought the matching lead and the matching bow. I find putting on the harness really easy and love the safety features on it. It’s great quality, we’ve been using it for about a month now. Definitely will be purchasing more in the future for our other dog.

I recently bought the Sage Green Large Dog Harness from Bailey & Coco for my Labrador, and we absolutely love it! The harness is beautifully made, feels really sturdy, and is easy to adjust for a perfect fit. She seems very comfortable wearing it, whether we’re out on walks or just relaxing at home. The sage green colour is gorgeous and suits her perfectly. We’ve had lots of compliments on it already! The design is practical while still looking stylish, and the quality is excellent. Was trying to find a more padded & supportive harness for my Cooper. Then found this website & on reading the reviews chose to order the harness, collar & dickie bow tie. We followed the sizing guidelines & ordered a small as recommended. We had to do a bit of adjusting to get the straps just right but how handsome does he look? Lovely harness, Rocky loves it. I bought it as his last harness was too big and he kept getting out of it and i bought this hoping he wouldn’t be able to get out of it however he has been able to a couple of times (naughty boy) but since tighting it as much as it can hopefully he can’t do it anymore.

Maisy struggles with an over the head harness. Found the perfect solution, no more struggling and she is happy for her harness to go on. Nicely padded and suitable for an active cocker spaniel puppy. I washed the harness by hand and it’s back to its new condition.

We waited for a few weeks before leaving a review, as we wanted to be 100% sure about what we thought. Dylan is a 1 year old 52kg Bernese Mountain Dog, who decided he did not like his overhead harness. We reached out to a few companies to ask about their options and felt we were provided a good amount of information and took the plunge. This harness has been PERFECT. So easy to get on and off! He no longer hides in the corner, and the sizing is exactly as described. We have a car ramp, and the handle makes it so easy to guide Dylan in and out the car. It's very strong and sturdy and one of our favourite features! After a few weeks of use there is no damage to any of the seams or any signs of wear or tear. Really easy to clean and use, and we genuinely love the product!
Love this harness. The print just pops! My pooch hates anything going over her head so ideal this has the 3 point buckles. Have had many compliments while out her walkies.
