Why do I choose two different sizes?

Because a dog’s chest and neck are measured separately. You pick the harness size from the chest and the collar size from the neck, which is why they are set independently rather than bundled into one size. A Frenchie often takes a medium harness with a small collar, for example.

What does the set include that the two piece does not?

The matching adjustable collar. The two piece set is harness and lead only, so this one adds a collar sized to your dog’s neck with its own D-ring for an ID tag. If you also want the bow tie and poo bag holder, the five piece bundle covers all five.

Is it suitable for a dog that pulls?

Yes. The harness carries a front D-ring as well as a back one, and clipping the lead to the front turns your dog gently back towards you rather than letting them lean into the pull. The back handle gives immediate close control near roads or other dogs.
